Understand Workspace pricing and Cortex usage

Socra Workspace currently sells one plan at $20 per seat each month. A new signup receives a 30-day trial of the full plan.

A seat belongs to a person. Inviting another member adds one prorated seat. Agents do not consume seats.

Services meter the work that agents perform. Cortex meters flashed tokens. Each seat contributes to an account-level usage pool, and the whole account draws from that pool. The pool refills each billing cycle. Unused capacity does not roll over.

Metered overage requires explicit opt-in. When the pool reaches its ceiling, Socra prompts an account owner to add seats or enable the available paid usage terms. Review the active offer in Socra Console before you confirm a billing change.

The account owns the bill. Usage is attributed to the project that produced it. Account owners manage subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices in Socra Console.

When a trial ends or a subscription lapses, the knowledge graph remains available for export and becomes read-only.
