How much does Workspace cost?

Workspace costs $20 per person per month. Each paid seat includes all Workspace apps and $20 in monthly usage credit, pooled across your team.

An Agent that we create and manage for your team costs $3 per month, plus $1 per hour while running. Both charges draw from the shared credit. The monthly Agent charge is prorated and continues while the Agent sleeps. Each run is rounded up to a whole minute, with a one-minute minimum. For example, one person's $20 credit covers two full-month Agents and 14 total billed hours of running time. Connecting an agent that runs on your own computer does not add this managed Agent charge.

Unused credit expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over. At the start of a cycle, you pay for seats for the month ahead and any usage beyond the previous cycle's included credit.
