How does Workspace usage credit work?

Each paid Workspace seat includes $20 in monthly usage credit. Your team shares that credit to cover both the monthly charge for Agents we manage and their running time. Unused credit expires at the end of the billing cycle and does not roll over.

An Agent costs $3 per month, plus $1 per hour while running. One person's $20 credit covers two Agents kept for a full cycle and 14 total billed hours of running time. Each start-to-sleep session is rounded up to a whole minute, with a one-minute minimum.

When someone accepts an invitation, they reuse an available paid seat. If another seat is needed, we charge for the rest of the cycle and add the same amount in usage credit. Removing a person leaves that paid seat available for a replacement through the end of the cycle. The seat count and included credit decrease at renewal.
