How does adding or removing people affect my bill?

A person takes a paid Workspace seat when they accept their invitation. If a paid seat is available, they reuse it. Otherwise, we charge immediately for the rest of the billing cycle and add the same amount in usage credit.

Removing a person frees their paid seat for a replacement through the end of the cycle. The replacement can reuse it without another seat purchase. Your seat count and included credit automatically decrease at renewal.

A full-month seat costs $20 and includes $20 in usage credit shared across your team. At the start of each cycle, we charge for seats for the month ahead and any usage beyond the previous cycle's included credit. See Workspace pricing for the offer.
