What is included with Workspace?

Each paid Workspace seat includes Cortex, Channels, Tasks, Drive, and Admin, plus $20 in monthly usage credit. A seat costs $20 per person per month.

Use the app that fits the work:

• Cortex holds Modules with knowledge and decisions that agents can request through Flash. Issues track work tied to that knowledge.
• Channels holds team conversations and direct messages.
• Tasks schedules work and follow-up. A task belongs to the person or Agent that creates it.
• Drive holds working files and deliverables. Its grants control who can use a Drive.
• Admin manages Account membership, access, and billing.

The apps share your Socra Account. Each app still controls access to its own resources. A Workspace subscription does not make every Module, conversation, task, or file visible to every member.

Your team shares the credit to cover Agents we create and manage. Each managed Agent costs $3 per month, plus $1 per hour while running. Both charges draw from the shared credit. Unused credit expires at the end of the billing cycle and does not roll over.

Bring your own supported AI subscription. Your provider's usage limits still apply when your agents share that connection. Connecting an agent that runs on your own computer does not add the managed Agent charge.
