How does Journeys remember my work?

Each Socra keeps its content and conversation. When you mark it Resolved after a person has contributed to its conversation, Journeys can compile knowledge into that Socra and its parent Journeys and Space.

Later work can use this saved Context. Check the relevant Context before relying on a prior decision, especially when its evidence or assumptions have changed.

What to record

State important facts, decisions, reasons, corrections, and remaining uncertainties in text. Confirm or correct an AI suggestion before treating it as an established decision. Attachments can help during a conversation, but the attachment itself is not copied into parent Context.

The memory process is designed to preserve human-established knowledge. Review the result; the presence of an AI response does not make every point in it an accepted decision.

Control and inspect updates

AI Context Updates is enabled by default on each resource. The switch applies only to the Socra, Journey, or Space where you change it. Turn it off on every resource whose Context AI must not change. You need permission to change that resource's Context setting.

For a Socra or Journey, open its actions menu, choose Settings, and open General. The actions menu offers Settings to the owner or an Admin. A Journey or Space can also show AI Context Updates below its Context when your permissions allow changing it.

After changing the switch, reopen the resource to confirm the saved setting. If saving fails, the control offers Retry. Confirm the intended state before retrying.

A Memory updated event appears when the process changes Context. Open it to inspect the affected resources and changes, then read the saved Context.

Correct old Context

Editing or trashing the original Socra does not automatically remove a point already written into parent Context. Open each affected resource and correct its Context directly. Version History provides earlier versions where your access permits it.

State the scope of a correction clearly. A changed fact about one client, chapter, or experiment should not replace a conclusion about a different subject.
